THE BOOKING PROCESS

First, decide which lesson you'd like to take:

• Learn to Kitesurf
• Learn to Wingsurf & Wingfoil
• Learn to Pumpfoil

Each lesson page has full details and FAQs if you're unsure which is right for you.

Check the FAQs on the lesson pages — we've answered the most common questions about progression, equipment, safety, and what to expect. If you still need help, just get in touch — we're always happy to talk through your options.

Wind and weather determine the best lesson days. Because forecasts are most reliable 3–5 days ahead, we run a lessons notification group so you can grab open slots as soon as they're posted.

Once you've seen a suitable lesson opening:

• If you're an existing customer, log in to your booking account.
• If you're new, continue as a new customer to set up your profile and choose your session.

Our booking system lets you select your date, lesson type, and any options available.

We include all sporting equipment in the lesson — so you can just turn up ready to learn. What you should bring:

• A towel for post-lesson showers
• Sunglasses for beach time (especially on your first lesson)
• Emergency medication you may need on the water
• Snacks and water
• Wetsuit boots or old shoes for wingfoil and pumpfoil sessions

You'll receive an email and SMS confirmation 1–2 days before your lesson with:

• Exact lesson location and meeting point
• Drop-off instructions
• What to wear and bring
• Any last-minute weather updates

If you need more notice or have specific timing needs, just message us — we'll do our best to help.

Arrive at the location listed in your confirmation:

• West Kirby Marine Lake — Wingfoil & Pumpfoil lessons
• Wallasey Beach (Coastal Drive) — Kitesurfing lessons

Our team will welcome you, get you kitted up, and make sure you're prepped and ready before heading out on the water.
