LEARN TO WINGSURF
Your first step into the world of wingfoiling
We’ll start on the beach, getting comfortable with the wing and learning the essential handling skills that set everything else up for success.
Once ready, we head onto the water using a large inflatable wingsurf board. You’ll begin riding on your knees, focusing on balance, steering, and riding upwind before progressing to standing.
By the end of this session, our aim is for you to:
- Stand confidently on the board
- Ride upwind with control
- Link simple turns
Perfect if you’re brand new and want a solid, confidence-building introduction.
IMPROVE YOUR WINGSURF
This session is all about sharpening your wingsurf skills and getting you fully ready for foiling.
We’ll refine your technique and build consistency so everything feels smoother, more controlled, and more efficient on the water.
Session goals include:
- Confident riding upwind and downwind
- Smooth gybes and tacks
- Switching stance
- Better speed, power, and stability
This lesson is the final stepping stone before moving onto your First Flights.
FIRST FLIGHTS
It’s time to fly
We’ll start with a short theory session to understand foil setup, safety, and how lift works. Then it’s onto the water with a foil board.
After a warm-up revisiting your wingsurf skills on a foil board, you’ll begin experiencing your first controlled take-offs—gliding silently above the water for the very first time.
Aims for this session:
- Controlled take-offs and short flights
- Smooth touchdowns
- Riding upwind with the board on the water
- Confident turning and control on the water
This is where wingfoiling really comes alive.
SUSTAINED FLIGHTS
Now we extend those flights and build real confidence on the foil.
This session focuses on balance, stance, and fine control so you can keep the board flying for longer, smoother runs.
We’ll work on:
- Foot positioning and balance
- Stable, level flight
- Increasing ride length and control
Ideal for riders who have completed everything in First Flights
